We accept the following payment methods in our online store:

New to volleyball or have a busy schedule? Alpha Wolves offers two ways for adults to join the pack and improve your skills:

1. Alpha Membership: Invest in Your Skills (Perfect for All Levels)

  • The Ultimate Coaching Experience: Enjoy 4 coaching sessions per month, a tailored gym workout, and priority access to exclusive events (tournaments, friendly matches, etc.).
  • Supportive Community: Join our member community and receive responsive support from our dedicated team.

This option is ideal for:

  • Adults of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned players.
  • Players looking for a comprehensive training program and a supportive community.

2. Flexible Pass: Train on Your Terms (Perfect for Busy Adults)

  • How it Works: Purchase a monthly package with 4 coaching sessions. New packages available each month for maximum flexibility!
  • No commitment: Train when it works for you, no membership required.
  • Expert Coaching: Learn from our experienced coaches alongside passionate players.

This option is ideal for:

  • Busy adults with unpredictable schedules.
  • Players new to volleyball who want to try it out before committing.
  • Anyone seeking occasional skill development.

3. What are the membership payment options?

There are 3 different payment options whatever the membership that you decide to subscribe to.

- First option: 1 month subscription payment with 5% discount.
- Second option: 2 months subscription payment with 5% discount, plus 10% discount on all renewals.
- Third option: 4 months subscription payment with 15% discount.

How do subscriptions work?

You can modify or cancel your subscriptions anytime. There is no obligation. Subscriptions are renewed automatically.

4. What's the class timetable?
- Saturday 11-13 hrs: Coaching Session

5. What's the Flexible Pass?

Looking to improve your volleyball skills but can't commit to a full membership? Our Flexible Pass is perfect for you!

Here's how it works:

  • Purchase a monthly package containing 4 coaching sessions.
  • New packages are available each month, allowing you to join when it fits your schedule.
  • No membership commitment required.
  • Train alongside our experienced coaches and passionate players.

This option is ideal for:

  • Busy adults with unpredictable schedules.
  • Players new to volleyball who want to try it out before committing.
  • Anyone seeking occasional skill development without the full membership benefits.

Please note: Flexible Pass holders do not receive the benefits of Alpha Wolves membership, such as exclusive events, discounts, or the member community. However, you'll still get a high-quality training session led by our expert coaches.

6. What's the First Timers Pass?


First Timers Pass:

Hey awesome newcomer! Ready for a taste of volleyball magic? Our First Timers Pass is your golden ticket to the volleyball world, designed just for you!

Here's the scoop: With the First Timers Pass, you can join any session and get a feel for the volleyball buzz. Whether it's spiking with the pros on Friday or having a blast at the Fun Session on Sunday, the choice is yours!

How to join the fun? Easy-peasy! Grab your First Timers Pass, and pick a session from our cool timetable. No strings attached, just pure volleyball joy for beginners like you. It's your chance to try something new, make friends, and have a blast on the court. So, ready to spike, set, and score? Let's do this!


7. Do you carry out international deliveries?

We currently only ship to addresses within the EU and UK. If you are outside this area, please contact us to check the possibility of serving your location.

8. What is the delivery time for orders?

Delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping method and delivery destination. Generally, our estimated delivery times are 10-25 business days for standard delivery and 10-15 business days for express delivery.

9. How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This feature allows you to track the status of your order all the way through to delivery.

10. Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes, we accept product returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of goods, as per our returns and exchanges policy. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with all labels and original packaging in good condition.

11. How do I request an exchange or return?

To request an exchange or return, contact our customer service through the channels available on our website. Enter the order number, product details and reason for request. Our team will provide the necessary guidance.

12. What are the precautions for washing and preserving the products?

To ensure the durability and quality of our products, we recommend following the washing and conservation instructions on the labels and packaging. It is generally recommended to hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle and do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
